Introduction

Blue Sparrow ("we", "us", or "our") operates the JobSmart mobile application, related booking pages, and supporting services (the "App" or "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

JobSmart is designed for solo technicians and small independent service businesses. Google sign-in is required before technician app use. Customers may still submit public booking requests without creating a JobSmart app account where public booking pages are enabled.

After sign-in, JobSmart helps users collect booking requests, document completed work, generate invoices, and send customer communications such as confirmations, receipts, and payment emails.

This Privacy Policy applies globally, including for users in the European Union, United States, India, and other regions, subject to local law.

Job report PDFs and selected proof photos may be generated locally on the device for customer delivery and may not be archived on our backend in all cases. Other working photos may remain only on the device unless they are included in a customer document.

8. Your Choices, Rights, and Account Deletion

To delete your JobSmart account and app data, open Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone -> Delete account and app data. The in-app flow verifies your sign-in, asks you to confirm the action, deletes account and app data JobSmart controls, removes backup copies used for restore where the app still has access, and clears this device after deletion finishes.

If you cannot access the app, use JobSmart account deletion or contact privacy@bluesparrow.dev. Web requests can delete account data JobSmart controls, but they cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have.

Account deletion is not reversible. Deleting your JobSmart account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so manage your subscription in Google Play if you do not want future charges.
