JobSmart is designed for solo technicians and small independent service businesses. It helps users collect booking requests, document completed work, generate invoices, and send customer communications such as confirmations, receipts, and payment emails.

4. Where Data Is Stored
JobSmart uses a split storage model:
- On-device storage: Some app data is cached locally on the user's device for performance and offline use.
- Server-side storage: Booking records, synced account records, and invoice PDFs may be stored on our backend systems and related storage infrastructure.
- Account and subscription metadata: Some account, sign-in, notification, and subscription-related data may be handled through specialist service providers.
Job report PDFs and selected proof photos may be generated locally on the device for customer delivery and may not be archived on our backend in all cases. Other working photos may remain only on the device unless they are included in a customer document.
5. Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with service providers that help us operate JobSmart, such as:

- obtaining any needed consent for photos, signatures, and customer communications
- using customer data in a lawful manner
Depending on the circumstances, Blue Sparrow may act as a service provider or processor for customer data that you store in JobSmart.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
