JobSmart – Account and Data Deletion
If you want to delete your JobSmart account or remove app data from your device, choose the option below that matches what you need.

What Deletion Covers
Your JobSmart account may include business profile information, bookings, customer details, job photos, signatures, invoices, job reports, and other synced records connected to your account.
Deleting your account removes the synced JobSmart data associated with that account. Clearing local app data removes only what is stored on your device.
Option A: Delete Account via App (Recommended)
Use this option if you want to fully remove your JobSmart account and synced data.
- Open the JobSmart app
- Go to Settings → Advanced settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
This is intended to remove:
- Your JobSmart account and business profile
- Bookings, customer details, and related synced records for that account
- Synced job photos, signatures, invoices, receipts, and job reports
- Associated notification registrations for that account
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Deleting your JobSmart account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you do not want future charges, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
Option B: Delete Local Data Only
Use this option if you only want to remove JobSmart data from your current device and do not want to delete your account.
- Open your phone Settings
- Go to Apps → JobSmart
- Tap Storage → Clear data / Clear storage
This removes local app data on that device only. It does not delete your JobSmart account or synced data. To fully delete your account, use Option A or submit the request form below.
Deletion is permanent
Once account deletion is completed, your synced JobSmart data cannot be recovered. Export or save anything you need before you continue.
Option C: Request Deletion via Form
If you cannot access the app or need help with deletion, submit the form below. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and process valid deletion requests as required by applicable law.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your JobSmart account access will end if full account deletion is requested
- Associated synced data scheduled for deletion will be removed from JobSmart systems
- Your public booking link will stop working once the related account is deleted
- Your Google Play subscription, if any, remains active until you cancel it separately in Google Play
- We may contact you if we need to verify the request before completing it
