Delete your JobSmart account and app data

The most complete deletion path is inside the JobSmart app after Google sign-in. It verifies that it is you, deletes account and business records JobSmart controls, turns off your booking link, and clears this device when the in-app deletion finishes.
Fastest option: delete in the app
- Open JobSmart and sign in with Google to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account and app data.
- Review what will be deleted, export anything you need, confirm the checkboxes, type DELETE, and complete the Google confirmation.
What deletion covers
- Your JobSmart account and sign-in record
- Business profile, customers, bookings, job photos, signatures, invoices, and reports
- Your public booking link and synced account records
- App data on this device when deletion is completed from inside the app
This cannot be undone
After full account deletion finishes, deleted JobSmart account data, business records, booking data, and uploaded job files cannot be recovered. Export or save anything you need before deleting.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your JobSmart account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges.
If you cannot access JobSmart
Use the form below or email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your JobSmart sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message.
A web request can delete account data JobSmart controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have. Use the in-app deletion flow or uninstall the app / clear app storage for device-only cleanup.
Timing and retained records
Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
