JobSmart – Request Data/Account Deletion
If you would like to delete your JobSmart account and associated data, please read the options below.
Your Data in JobSmart
JobSmart stores your booking data, job photos, invoices, and business profile both locally on your device and synced to our secure cloud servers. Deleting your account will remove all data from our servers.
Option A: Delete Account via App (Recommended)
To delete your JobSmart account and all associated data:
- Open the JobSmart app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
This will delete:
- Your account and business profile
- All bookings and customer data stored on our servers
- All job photos synced to our servers
- All invoices and job reports
- Your subscription (if active)
Option B: Delete Local Data Only
To delete only the data stored on your device (without affecting your account):
- Open your phone Settings
- Go to Apps → JobSmart
- Tap Storage → Clear data / Clear storage
Note: This will not delete data synced to our servers. To fully delete your data, use Option A or submit a deletion request below.
Deletion is permanent
Once deleted, your account, bookings, photos, and invoices cannot be recovered. Please export any data you need before deletion.
Option C: Request Deletion via Form
If you cannot access the App or need assistance with deletion, submit the form below. We will process your request within 30 days (often much sooner).
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- All associated data will be removed from our servers
- Any active subscription will be cancelled (refunds per Google Play policy)
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Your personal booking link will no longer work
