Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ActionDock mobile application, related website pages, and supporting services (the "App" or "Services") operated by Blue Sparrow ("we", "us", or "our").
Blue Sparrow is an independent software business operated by a solo developer based in India.
By downloading, accessing, or using ActionDock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use ActionDock only if:
- you are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required under applicable law
- you are legally permitted to use the Services
- you have authority to agree to these Terms
- if you use ActionDock for a business or organization, you are authorized to act for that business or organization
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Purpose of ActionDock
ActionDock is a mobile-first operations product intended to help organizations and frontline teams:
- manage tasks and assignments
- collect proof and attachments
- report and escalate issues
- submit operational check-ins
- review activity and site health
- manage organization and site context
- handle notifications, feedback, and selected premium workflows
ActionDock is a workflow and coordination tool. It is not a replacement for every internal system an organization may use.
3. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ActionDock for internal business, operational, and professional workflows.
You may not:
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law
- interfere with or disrupt the Services
- access the Services in an unauthorized way
- use the Services for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- upload malicious code or harmful content
- impersonate another user or organization
- use the Services to send spam or unauthorized communications
4. Organization and User Responsibilities
If you use ActionDock for an organization, you are responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data you enter
- assigning the right people to the right roles
- using the product in line with workplace, privacy, safety, employment, and operational rules that apply to you
- making sure you have the right to upload attachments, photos, notes, and related records
- deciding what business information should or should not be stored in the product
If you are an organization owner or administrator, you are also responsible for managing access appropriately, reviewing plan limits and premium features, and maintaining appropriate internal policies for employee and contractor use.
5. Your Content
You or your organization retain ownership of the content you upload or create in ActionDock, including task records, issue records, check-ins, notes, comments, attachments, proof photos, and organization or site metadata entered by you.
You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
You must not upload or send content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise improper.
6. Offline, Sync, and Device Behavior
ActionDock may store selected data locally on your device to support offline work, caching, and sync recovery.
Queued changes may sync after connectivity returns. You are responsible for reviewing blocked or conflicted records and for using supported workflows to resolve operational issues when local and server state do not match.
7. Notifications and Communications
ActionDock may support operational notifications, support messages, feedback requests, and selected account communications.
Some communications may be triggered automatically by the workflow, while others may be sent only when a user or administrator takes an explicit action.
8. Plans, Billing, and Premium Features
ActionDock may offer Free, Premium, and Enterprise tiers. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled through the relevant app store, billing provider, or approved sales channel.
9. Third-Party Services and Feedback
ActionDock relies on third-party providers for areas such as authentication, subscriptions and billing, notifications, hosting, storage, analytics, diagnostics, email delivery, and infrastructure. Your use of relevant third-party functionality may also be subject to those providers' own terms and policies.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, we may use them to improve ActionDock without any obligation to you.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features of ActionDock from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility in every environment.
You may stop using ActionDock at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, maintain security, respond to misuse, or comply with applicable obligations.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means.
11. Disclaimers
ActionDock is a workflow and coordination tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or financial advice.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every business, operational, compliance, or internal process requirement you may have.
