ActionDock is a mobile-first operations product for frontline teams. It helps organizations manage tasks, proof attachments, issues, escalations, check-ins, notifications, and selected support or premium account workflows.

If you use ActionDock on behalf of an organization, that organization may be responsible for the operational records it places into the service, including tasks, issues, check-ins, and attachments.

Organizations are responsible for making sure they have the right to collect and use information entered into ActionDock and for providing any notices, permissions, or internal policies required for their teams.

ActionDock uses a split storage model:

• On-device storage: selected app data may be stored locally for offline use, caching, performance, and sync recovery
• Backend systems: operational data may be stored on backend infrastructure and related services used to run the product
• Specialist providers: account, notification, subscription, and communication-related metadata may be handled by approved third-party services

We do not sell personal data.
