ActionDock is a mobile-first operations product for frontline teams. It helps organizations manage tasks, proof attachments, issues, escalations, check-ins, notifications, and selected support or premium account workflows.

ActionDock uses a split storage model:
- On-device storage: selected app data may be stored locally for offline use, caching, performance, and sync recovery
- Backend systems: operational data may be stored on backend infrastructure and related services used to run the product
- Specialist providers: account, notification, subscription, and communication-related metadata may be handled by approved third-party services
