ActionDock – Account and Data Deletion
If you want to delete your ActionDock account or remove ActionDock data from your device, choose the option below that matches what you need.

What Deletion Covers
Your ActionDock account may include account details, organization memberships, notification registrations, support messages, and other synced records connected directly to your account.
ActionDock is a team and organization workflow product. Some operational records created inside an organization, such as tasks, issues, check-ins, comments, or attachments, may need to be retained, reassigned, or anonymized where necessary to preserve organization workflow history, site operations, or records required by the organization or applicable law.
Clearing local app data removes only what is stored on your current device.
Option A: Request Full Account Deletion
Use this option if you want us to review and process deletion of your ActionDock account and the account-linked data associated with it.
At the moment, ActionDock does not provide a public self-serve delete-account flow inside the app. Please submit the form below or email us from the address connected to your account.
A valid account deletion request is intended to remove or disconnect:
- your ActionDock account access
- profile and sign-in related account data associated with that account
- device notification registrations linked to that account
- support-contact history where deletion is appropriate
- other account-linked records that are not required to preserve organization workflows or meet applicable obligations
Organization records may not disappear in full
If you used ActionDock as part of a company or team workspace, certain operational records may remain in the organization context so that tasks, issue history, check-ins, attachments, and site activity do not break for the rest of that team. Where appropriate, we may remove direct account access, disassociate personal profile details, or work with the organization administrator on the request.
Option B: Delete Local Device Data Only
Use this option if you only want to remove ActionDock data from your current device and do not want to delete your account.
- Open your phone Settings
- Go to Apps → ActionDock
- Tap Storage → Clear data / Clear storage
This removes local app data on that device only. It does not delete your ActionDock account or synced data.
Deletion can be permanent
Once account deletion is completed, account access and any deleted synced data cannot be restored. Export or save anything you need before you continue.
Option C: Submit a Deletion Request
If you want to proceed, submit the form below. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and process valid requests in line with applicable privacy requirements.
Subscriptions and Premium Access
Deleting your ActionDock account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription or other billing arrangement. If you do not want future charges, cancel the subscription separately through the billing channel used for the purchase.
What Happens After a Request?
- we may contact you to verify the request before completing it
- your account access may be disabled once deletion is processed
- account-linked data scheduled for deletion will be removed or disassociated as appropriate
- organization records may be retained, reassigned, or preserved where needed for legitimate operational continuity
- local data on other devices is not removed unless those devices are also cleared or signed out
