Delete your ProofPocket account and app data
Last Updated: April 27, 2026
The most complete deletion path is inside the ProofPocket app after Google sign-in. It verifies that it is you, deletes account data ProofPocket controls, removes backup copies used for restore where the app still has access, deletes the sign-in account, and wipes app data on this device.
Fastest option: delete in the app
- Open ProofPocket and sign in with Google to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account and app data.
- Review the warning, confirm the required checkboxes, type DELETE, and complete the Google confirmation.
What deletion covers
- Your ProofPocket account and sign-in record
- Receipts, warranty items, attachments, reminders, and archive records
- Backup copies used for restore
- App data on this device when deletion is completed from inside the app
This cannot be undone
After full account deletion finishes, deleted ProofPocket account data, archive records, and backup copies cannot be recovered. Export anything you need before deleting.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your ProofPocket account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges.
If you cannot access ProofPocket
Use the form below or email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your ProofPocket sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message.
A web request can delete account data ProofPocket controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have. It also may not be able to remove backup copies if the app no longer has access through your signed-in account.
Timing and retained records
Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
