NextTouch - Account and Data Deletion
If you want to delete your NextTouch account, workspace membership, or app data, choose the option below that matches what you need.

What Deletion Covers
Your NextTouch account may include workspace membership data, notes, interactions, commitments, follow-ups, reminder records, support requests, subscription metadata, and related synced records connected to your account.
Deleting your account or workspace access removes or schedules deletion of the synced NextTouch data associated with that account, subject to operational retention needs. Clearing local app data removes only what is stored on your device.
Option A: Request Account Deletion by Email
If you can access the email linked to your NextTouch account, email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from that address and state that you want your NextTouch account deleted.
Please include, where relevant:
- the Google account email used for NextTouch
- your workspace or organization name
- whether you want only your account removed or you also need help with workspace data questions
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Deleting your NextTouch account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. If you do not want future charges, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
Option B: Request Deletion via Form
If you cannot access the app or prefer a web request, submit the form below. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and process valid deletion requests as required by applicable law.
Option C: Delete Local Data Only
Use this option if you only want to remove NextTouch data from your current Android device and do not want to delete your account.
- Open your phone Settings
- Go to Apps -> NextTouch
- Tap Storage -> Clear data / Clear storage
This removes local app data on that device only. It does not delete your NextTouch account or synced data.
Deletion is intended to be permanent
Once full account deletion is completed, your NextTouch account access ends and recoverability may be limited or unavailable. Save anything you need before continuing.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your NextTouch account access will end if full account deletion is requested
- Associated synced records will be removed or scheduled for deletion from NextTouch systems, subject to minimal operational retention where needed
- Reminder delivery for the deleted account will stop
- Your Google Play subscription, if any, remains active until you cancel it separately in Google Play
- We may contact you if we need to verify the request before completing it
