India Money Calc — Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the India Money Calc mobile application (the "App"), developed by BlueSparrow Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the App

India Money Calc provides calculators and planning tools for personal finance, including:

• SIP Calculator - Systematic Investment Plan calculations with step-up options
• Lumpsum Calculator - One-time investment growth projections
• SIP Target Calculator - Goal-based investment planning
• SWP Calculator - Systematic Withdrawal Plan calculations
• FIRE Calculator - Financial Independence Retire Early planning

The App is intended to help with planning and education — it does not provide personalised financial advice.

3. No Financial Advice

The results provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment or tax decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

All calculations, including tax estimates (Equity/Debt regimes), inflation adjustments, and future value projections, are based on simplified models and assumptions. Actual results may vary significantly.

4. Accounts & Data

The App is designed to work offline and does not require account creation or sign-in. All calculations and preferences are stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit your personal financial data to our servers.

Image Export Feature: When you use "Save Plan as Image", the image is saved locally to your device's gallery. We do not collect or transmit these images.

5. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements to support free access to all features. Ad types include:

• Banner ads - Displayed at the bottom of calculator screens when you scroll to the end
• Interstitial ads - Shown after saving a plan as an image (with frequency limits)
• Rewarded ads - Optional ads you can watch to enjoy 10 minutes of ad-free experience

Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's advertising policies.

6. In‑App Purchases & Subscriptions

Currently, the App is free with ad-supported features. Future versions may offer optional premium features or subscriptions. Any purchases would be processed by the platform store (e.g., Google Play) and subject to the store's terms and refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including logos, icons, UI design, calculator algorithms, and text, is the property of BlueSparrow Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with it
• Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Bypass or manipulate the ad-free system or advertisements

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure calculations are accurate, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your particular circumstances.

Financial markets and tax regulations change frequently. You are responsible for verifying all calculations and consulting with qualified professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BlueSparrow Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from financial decisions made using the App
• Investment losses or missed opportunities
• Tax liabilities or penalties
• Data loss or device damage

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's update notes.
