ImageLab — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ImageLab mobile application and related services (together, "ImageLab" or the "App").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

ImageLab is developed by a solo developer based in India ("Blue Sparrow Dev", "we", "us").

1) Who can use ImageLab

You may use ImageLab if you can legally use apps and services in your location and can form a binding agreement where you live. ImageLab is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local requirements).

2) What ImageLab does

ImageLab is a freemium offline image toolkit that helps you work with images on your device, including:

• Convert between image formats (JPG, PNG, BMP, and others)
• Compress and optimize images
• Resize, crop, rotate, and flip images
• Apply effects and adjustments (brightness, contrast, filters)
• Add text and logo watermarks
• Create and export meme images

All image processing is performed locally on your device.

3) Accounts and sign-in

ImageLab may use Google Sign-In to link usage limits and subscription status to your account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping access to your Google account secure
• Using the App in a way that does not harm others or the service

4) License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ImageLab for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by applicable law
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls
• Use the App to process or distribute illegal or harmful content
• Interfere with the App's operation or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

5) Your images and your responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to images you process in ImageLab. All processing happens on your device.

You are responsible for:

• The content you choose to process
• Having the right to use that content
• Verifying outputs before relying on them
• Keeping backups of important files

6) Free tier, usage limits, and premium

Free tier

The App offers a free tier with a monthly limit on total operations (currently 50 per month, combined across all tools). Limits are shown in the App and reset monthly.

Premium

Premium access may be offered as subscriptions or one-time purchases (depending on availability). Premium typically provides unlimited operations and may include additional features such as saved watermark presets.

Billing, renewals, and cancellations

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Subscription terms shown in Google Play at purchase time apply, including pricing, renewal, and cancellation settings.

Subscription management may be provided by RevenueCat.

We do not receive your full payment details from the store. For refund rules and billing handling, please refer to Google Play's policies.

7) Third-party services

The App may use third-party services to function, such as:

• Google Sign-In and Firebase (authentication, database)
• RevenueCat (subscription entitlement management)
• Google Play (payments and subscriptions)
• Blue Sparrow BSMail service (delivering support/feedback messages you send)

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

8) Updates and changes to the App

We may update ImageLab to improve features, security, and performance. Some features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

9) Disclaimers

ImageLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not guarantee perfect image quality after processing.
• We do not guarantee that the App will meet every user's needs.

Your device, operating system, and image characteristics may affect results. You should review outputs before relying on them.

10) Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to device issues, user actions, or third-party service changes
• Indirect or unexpected damages resulting from use of the App

Some locations do not allow certain limitations. In those locations, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11) Termination

You may stop using ImageLab at any time.

We may restrict access to features if necessary to protect the App and users, for example in cases of abuse or repeated attempts to bypass limits.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
