Important Notice

Account deletion cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.

Please read this entire page carefully before proceeding.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your PDF Lab account, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:

Your profile information and account details (name, email, Google account ID)
All cloud-stored preferences, settings, and customizations
Subscription entitlements and usage statistics
Saved watermark templates and preferences
App customizations and appearance settings
Usage history and feature counters

Note: All PDF processing happens locally on your device. Deleting your account does not affect PDFs or documents stored on your device. Your saved signatures (if any) are stored locally on your device and will remain until you delete the app or clear app data.

About Your Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription!

If you have an active PDF Lab Premium subscription (monthly, annual, or lifetime), you will continue to be charged for monthly/annual plans until you cancel it through your Google Play Store account.

To cancel your subscription before deleting your account:

Open the Google Play Store app on your device
Tap your profile icon in the top right
Select "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
Find PDF Lab and tap "Cancel subscription"

30-Day Grace Period

Your account will be deactivated immediately upon deletion, but your data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery. If you change your mind within this period, you can reactivate your account by simply logging in again. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In-App (Recommended)

Open the PDF Lab app on your Android device
Go to Settings (tap the menu icon ☰ or gear icon ⚙️)
Scroll down to Account section
Tap Delete account
Read the confirmation message carefully
Tap Confirm deletion to proceed

You will receive an email confirmation of your account deletion request.

Option 2: Contact Support

If you're unable to delete your account through the app (for example, if you no longer have access to the device or the app), you can fill out this form to request account deletion:

What Happens Next?

Immediate Deactivation: Your account is immediately deactivated and you will be logged out
Confirmation Email: You'll receive an email confirmation at your registered email address
30-Day Grace Period: You have 30 days to reactivate by logging in to the app
Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers
Final Confirmation: You'll receive a final email when deletion is complete

Reactivating Your Account

To reactivate your account within the 30-day grace period:

Open the PDF Lab app
Sign in with your Google account
Your account and data will be restored

Data Retention

After permanent deletion:

All personal information is removed from our systems
Some anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics (without any personally identifiable information)
Legal and compliance records may be retained as required by law
Subscription and payment history managed by Google Play Store remains subject to their retention policies
