Delete Your PDF Lab Account
Important
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. If you proceed, you may lose access to premium entitlements tied to your account (until restored via your store purchase history, where applicable).
PDF Lab processes documents locally on your device. Deleting your account does not delete files stored on your device.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your PDF Lab account is deleted, we aim to remove or anonymize server‑side records associated with your account within a reasonable period, including:
- your authentication account (Google/Firebase sign‑in identity)
- usage counters used to enforce free‑tier limits
- subscription entitlement metadata stored for feature access (if applicable)
- support messages you sent to us (where possible), or we may retain them only as needed to resolve your request
Local data: PDFs and images you work with are stored on your device. If you want to remove local app data, you can uninstall the app or clear app storage from your device settings.
About Your Subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
If you have an active PDF Lab subscription, you should cancel it through your Google Play account to avoid future charges.
How to cancel in Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Select “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”
- Find PDF Lab and choose “Cancel subscription”
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible. Where a response is required, we aim to respond within 30 days.
