FeelNote – Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your FeelNote account and all associated data, please read this page carefully and complete the form below.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information stored on our servers will be permanently removed:

Journal Content: FeelNote keeps your entries, mood logs, photos, and other personal content on your device or inside your Google Drive backup folder. We do not host this data ourselves. After we process your deletion request, you will need to remove any Google Drive backups manually if you want them deleted immediately.

⚠️ This Action Cannot Be Undone

Account deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted from our servers, it cannot be recovered. FeelNote does not currently offer an export feature, so copy any information you wish to keep and download (or retain) your Google Drive backups before submitting this form.

📱 Active Subscription?

If you have an active premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through your app store account before or after deleting your account:

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription or issue a refund.

🕒 30-Day Grace Period

After you submit this request, your account will be deactivated immediately, but limited account metadata will be retained for 30 days so you can change your mind. During this period, you can reactivate your account by signing in again. After 30 days, the account information we store is permanently deleted. Your Google Drive backups remain under your control the entire time.

Deletion Request Form

To request account deletion, please fill out the form below. We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email.

What Happens Next?

  1. Immediate Deactivation: Your account will be deactivated immediately. You will no longer be able to sign in or use premium features such as Google Drive backups.
  2. Email Confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address within 7 business days acknowledging your deletion request.
  3. 30-Day Reactivation Window: You have 30 days to change your mind and reactivate your account by signing in again. If you do, we restore access to the limited account data we still hold.
  4. Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, we permanently delete your account profile, subscription status, and support history, and we revoke the App's access to your Google Drive backup folder. We'll email you instructions for deleting any remaining backups stored in your Google Drive.

Local Data: Data stored locally on your device (if you used offline mode) will remain on your device until you manually delete the app. Deleting your account does not affect local data.

Google Drive Backups: Because those files live in your personal Google Drive, you must delete the backup folder yourself if you want it removed immediately. Look for the "FeelNote Backups" application directory in Google Drive > Storage > Apps or delete it directly from the App's settings before submitting this request.
