Delete your Billnix account and app data

The most complete deletion path is inside the Billnix app after Google sign-in. It confirms that it is you, deletes the account and saved app data Billnix controls, removes backup copies used for restore where the app still has access, and wipes this device after deletion finishes.
Fastest option: delete in the app
- Open Billnix and sign in with Google to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account and app data.
- Read the warning, confirm the required checkboxes, type DELETE, and complete the Google confirmation.
What deletion covers
- Your Billnix account and sign-in record
- Saved bills, subscriptions, categories, reminders, and linked reminder channels
- Backup copies used for restore
- App data on this device when deletion is completed from inside the app
This cannot be undone
After full account deletion finishes, deleted Billnix account data and app records cannot be recovered. Export or save anything you need before deleting.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your Billnix account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges.
If you cannot access Billnix
Use the form below or email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your Billnix sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message.
A web request can delete account data Billnix controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have. Use the in-app deletion flow or uninstall the app / clear app storage for device-only cleanup.
Timing and retained records
Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
