Billnix - Request Account Deletion
If you want to delete your Billnix account and associated server-side data, please read this page and complete the form below. You can also use any available in-app account deletion flow when it is present in your app version.
What Will Be Deleted or Scheduled for Deletion
When your account deletion request is verified, the following account-scoped server data will be deleted or scheduled for deletion:
- Account information: Google email, display name, Firebase Auth identifier, account metadata, and onboarding/account-status fields.
- Synced Billnix data: Subscriptions, categories, settings, sync cursors, local-change receipts, and related account-scoped records stored on the Billnix backend.
- Reminder data: Reminder rules, notification endpoints, reminder jobs, delivery attempts, email reminder opt-in, Telegram reminder opt-in, and Telegram link status.
- Premium and support metadata: Entitlement mirror fields, support messages, diagnostics, and feedback records tied to your account where applicable.
We target physical purge of primary account-scoped operational rows within 7 days after verification. Minimal redacted deletion markers may be retained for a short period where needed for security, abuse prevention, or support integrity.
What May Remain Outside the Billnix Backend
- Local device data: Data stored on your device may remain until the app clears it, you sign out through normal flows, uninstall the app, or clear app data from device settings.
- Google Drive backups: Optional Drive backup files live in your Google Drive appDataFolder. If the app still has access during in-app deletion, it may attempt to remove them. If access was revoked or the device is unavailable, you may need to remove them manually from your Google account settings.
- Google Play and RevenueCat records: Purchase and subscription records are handled by Google Play and billing providers under their own retention rules.
- Email and Telegram provider records: Delivery providers may retain limited delivery records under their own policies.
Important
Account deletion is intended to be permanent for the Billnix server-side account data described above. Keep any exports or records you need before submitting this request.
Active Premium Subscription?
If you have an active Billnix Premium subscription, cancel it separately through your app store account. Deleting your Billnix account does not automatically cancel Google Play billing or issue a refund.

Drive Backup Boundary
Google Drive backup is optional and user-owned. Drive backup is not live sync, and the Billnix backend does not read or manage your Drive backup files. If you want all Drive backup files removed, use the in-app deletion flow where available before revoking Drive access, or remove the app data from your Google account settings.

To request account deletion, please fill out the form below. We will review and process verified requests within a reasonable period and send a confirmation email.
What Happens Next?
- Request review: We review your request and may ask for information needed to verify that you control the relevant Billnix account.
- Server deletion: Verified account-scoped Billnix backend data is deleted or scheduled for deletion.
- Confirmation: We send a confirmation email when the request has been processed.
- Local cleanup: If you cannot use the in-app deletion flow, uninstall Billnix or clear app data on your device to remove local data.
- Drive cleanup: Remove optional Billnix Drive backup data from your Google account settings if the app cannot remove it for you.
