Delete your ShootHarbor account and app data
Last Updated: May 13, 2026
The most complete deletion path is inside the ShootHarbor app after Google sign-in. It verifies that it is you, requests backend workspace deletion, attempts to delete the Firebase sign-in account, disables public surfaces where supported, and clears local app data on this device when the in-app deletion finishes.
Fastest option: delete in the app
- Open ShootHarbor and sign in with Google to the account you want deleted.
- Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account and app data.
- Export or save anything you need, continue through the warnings, type DELETE, and complete the confirmation.
What deletion covers
- Your ShootHarbor account and sign-in record where deletion is supported
- Workspace, clients, contacts, locations, offerings, booking pages, shoots, notes, checklists, deliveries, invoices, and settings controlled by ShootHarbor
- Synced backend records and uploaded media or generated previews controlled by ShootHarbor
- Public booking pages and public delivery links controlled by ShootHarbor
- App data on this device when deletion is completed from inside the app
This cannot be undone
After full account deletion finishes, deleted ShootHarbor account data, workspace records, booking data, delivery data, invoices, and uploaded files cannot be recovered. Export or save anything you need before deleting.
Google Play subscription
Deleting your ShootHarbor account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges.
If you cannot access ShootHarbor
Use the form below or email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your ShootHarbor sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message.
A web request can delete account data ShootHarbor controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have. Use the in-app deletion flow or uninstall the app / clear app storage for device-only cleanup.
Timing and retained records
Deletion requests are normally handled within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required for security, abuse prevention, subscription reconciliation, accounting, or compliance reasons.
